Got what I needed and fast.

The service was very quick and discussions with staff were excellent. Staff was very knowledgeable. The first machine I received was defective, and they helped diagnose the problem over the phone, concluded the machine was faulty, and immediately sent a new machine with pre-paid return label. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is because one of the accessories I ordered wasn't in the box and I had to call to get it sent. The machine, an Eclipse 5, has been excellent and works just as the staff said it would.
