I was pleasantly surprised with the quality of the bedspread and pillow covers that I purchased. The colour was true to the pictures and they are soft and well made. A few people have mentioned the size which may slightly on the small side, but overall, not bad. I then purchased a pair of pyjamas but found a hole in the seam after only two wears. Their customer service was good, no pushback or charges & they sent me another pair within a couple of weeks.

I ordered a King Size quilt. I'm very happy with the quality and fabric, but the size isn't big enough to cover the mattress on the sides, and it's not an oversized mattress. The photos on their web site show the quilt almost touching the floor. The dimensions are on the website, which I should have checked before ordering. I have the same issue as most, which is that it's too expensive to return to China vs the cost of the quilt. I also didn't realize that I was purchasing this from China and I didn't review the return policy prior to purchasing. That's on me. If this company adopted a better return policy, I would buy from them again.

I purchased their knitted weighted blanked. The description of this blanket says "incredibly soft knitted material". The material is like filler material you would use to stuff a blanket with. It is easy to rip and tear the material. This material should be encased in another, durable material to protect it. I would add pics if I could. The one I bought also said it is 3800g which is around 8 pounds. This blanket does not seem to be that heavy. It feels as heavy as a light blanket so it's really not a weighted blanket. I was immediately disappointed and emailed to inform that I wanted to return the blanket. They talked me out of it because it would have to be sent back to China which would cost a lot of money so it would be better just to keep it. In addition, they offered me 15% off a future purchase. It is not likely that I will purchase anything from them again. The address on their website is France but it's apparently in China and China is where their products are sent from. I didn't see anything on their site about China. This company and they way it markets their products is misleading so beware. June 6, 2024 update: As you can see, they responded. That response is the same response they use for every negative review and it is complete nonsense. They do not have any good or genuine intentions to make the customer happy. They just want to be able to say that they tried to work it out. Again, do not purchase from them. BEWARE!

I should have read the reviews. I ordered a quilt and two sets of pajamas. The quality of the fabric is good and the colors are lovely. But the full bed quilt was too long and too narrow, one of the pajamas was way too small, and the other was just barely big enough. But the real problem is their return policy, which is: YOU have to pay to ship it back to China. For the quilt, that was $136! Basically it's no returns - you're just rolling the dice that you'll like what they send.

I ordered a "Cotton Gauze Summer Quilt", described in their advertising and on their website as "100% cotton" and "soft". NOT cotton, NOT soft! Scratchy shiny plastic-y synthetic. Website says "Online Support 24/7" but that does not exist. It took several days to get a response via Facebook messenger, and when I did, it was the cut and paste response that other reviewers here got: -you have to pay return the item to China, and that will be too expensive so keep it or give it away-, and offering $15 (for a $117 item). I kept at them, going so far as to send photos of some fibers I took from the quilt that I burned to a hard lump of shiny plastic. Then they said that their supplier told them it was cotton and offered me $30. I refused. Over 50 messages went back and forth. Only after I filed a complaint with my credit card company did they give me a full refund. Notice how every single review for all 400+ products on their website is 5 stars! When I tried to leave a 1 star review it didn't post. They are absolutely a scam company; their US address is a front in Las Vegas that says "PhysicalAddress.com". SO, if you find yourself cheated with no apparent recourse, be persistent. Get your credit card company involved. And spread the word that they are a shady enterprise. Buyer beware! EDIT after posting this review: see how the canned response from Ownkoti has nothing do do with my issue? that's their "customer service".

Was considering a purchase and loaded my cart with intention to pay through PayPal. Before I completed the order, immediately a Hong Kong agency starting trying to access my accounts, made several attempts to get into my PayPal account and somehow accessed a card I never provided info for. Throughout the day I kept getting notices from PayPal with my security code so they continued for at least 12 hours to get into my PayPal account.

I ordered 3 pairs of pajamas. Only one fit correctly. The colors in the photos were not really really the colors of the fabrics. The fabrics were much darker or more muted but the fabrics were nice. Their fit chart is incorrect so order 2 or 3 sizes bigger. They do not really do returns. In trying to return the 2 pairs that did not fit They wrote me and said I should have checked the fit chart better. I did check it. I am an XL I had to order a 4Xl size to fit. So their fit chart is off for US market. Then they offered a 15% discount on future order if I would keep. Then they said I had to pay the return shipping to China. This was not stated in their return policy or I would not have ordered in first place. I would say stay away their customer service is pretty awful and their written policies unclear.

I placed an order for three pairs of pajamas at the end of March and as of May 18, I have not received the order. I reported the missing package to customer service many times but I have yet to receive resolution. I like the products but I'm disappointed in their customer service. I'm out over $100. I won't use this company again.
