My husband lost his only pair of glasses & we needed a new pair quickly. I reached out to customer service and got Denisse Avenido as my rep. She was very helpful & quick to respond to my issues (self-inflicted issues). She's an asset to Overnight Glasses!

I'm so grateful to Overnight Glasses! On a family vacation I wore my prescription eye glasses in the ocean, and lost them getting caught under a wave. Overnight glasses saved the rest of my vacation by getting me new glasses the next day! Their response time to my emails were really fast as well. Now I'll be able to see the dolphins on our trip tmrw 🤗😁

I ordered here because they had the Flexon frames, and ALSO had a space for comments. I have to get the bifocal on my lenses lower than normal because of how they sit on my face. Not only did they do that, but they responded to my email confirming they got the request. The lenses are not polycarbonate like I am used to, but. . . they ARE ultra lightweight and I can barely see the big\focal line unlike my last pair that had a very definitive line. I ordered Labor day and had them (lined bifocals) in my hand Wednesday night. Most other places required 3-6 extra days to make bifocals and I only had to wait one extra day. I also love that they are a US company in CA. No waiting on shipping from China like many others. I highly recom. end them and will definitely be using them in the future!!

I am on my 3rd order from Overnight Glasses. This order was stalled and I needed the glasses quick for an upcoming trip after I broke mine. I hopped on the support chat with Christine, she looked into the order and they failed inspection. She made sure they would ship same day so I had them for my trip. This all took minutes, great customer service and awesome to hear the QC standards there.
