We sincerely apologize for the frustration and inconvenience you experienced with your order, especially regarding your cancellation request and the difficulty reaching our team. After reviewing our records, we can confirm that we responded to your emails on both Monday and Tuesday but unfortunately did not receive a reply. We apologize if our messages did not reach you. Could you check your spam or junk folder to see whether our responses were filtered there? We also confirmed that your order shipped via UPS (tracking number 1ZA00V530197884133) and was marked as delivered on Friday, October 16, at 11:07 AM. We understand that you requested cancellation shortly after placing your order, and we're sorry we were unable to resolve your concerns before the glasses shipped. We genuinely value your satisfaction and would appreciate the opportunity to make things right. If you would like to keep the glasses, we would be happy to offer you a 20% discount on your order as a gesture of goodwill. However, if you no longer wish to keep them, we can assist you with a return and review your preferred resolution, whether that is a refund or store credit. Please let us know which option works best for you. We would appreciate the opportunity to resolve this matter to your satisfaction. Sincerely, Customer Service Team Overnight Glasses

Hello, Thank you for sharing your experience. We're truly sorry to hear that your glasses developed a cloudy appearance and that you were disappointed with the assistance you received. We understand how frustrating it must be to invest in a pair of glasses you initially loved, only to experience what appears to be coating deterioration in less than a year. While our products are subject to warranty limitations, we recognize that simply being told your glasses are outside the coverage period does not adequately address your concerns. We would appreciate the opportunity to review your situation and determine whether an alternative resolution may be available. Please contact our customer service team and reference your review so we can take another look at your case. We value your feedback and sincerely apologize for the disappointment and inconvenience. Sincerely, Customer Service Team Overnight Glasses

Hello, Thank you for sharing your experience. We're truly sorry that we let you down, especially when you urgently needed replacement glasses after your original pair broke. We understand that when you pay for overnight service, receiving your glasses the following day is extremely important. Although we refunded your expedited shipping charge, we recognize that this doesn't make up for the additional day you had to go without glasses. We should have communicated the manufacturing delay more proactively. We're equally concerned about your comments regarding the frames. Your glasses should feel comfortable and dependable, and stiff, creaking hinges that leave you worried about breakage are certainly not the experience we want you to have. We would appreciate the opportunity to review the frames and help find a suitable replacement. We appreciate your feedback and the opportunity to improve both our delivery communication and product quality. Sincerely, Customer Service Team Overnight Glasses

We sincerely apologize for the frustration and inconvenience you experienced with your prescription. After reviewing your order, we found that the prescription values submitted at checkout were entered as negative (-) rather than positive (+). Since a copy of your prescription was not included with the original order, we requested one to help us identify and resolve the discrepancy. We would also like to clarify that our customer service team has been in communication with you since October 12 and has been working to address your concerns. As a gesture of goodwill, we arranged and completed a complimentary remake using your correct prescription, at no additional cost. Your replacement glasses have already been shipped and are expected to arrive today. We appreciate your patience and the opportunity to make things right. We hope your replacement glasses meet your expectations and provide the clear vision you deserve. Sincerely, Customer Service Team Overnight Glasses
