Customer service was quick to answer my email and resolve my problem.

I ordered two items, same order - one order arrived on time and the other never showed up. Upon emailing asking about the product I was told there was an issue with the address and I would have to go pick the product up. They were NOT willing to correct the address and have it delivered. I opted to dispute my credit card charges and will never order from this company again.

Too long for delivery ... 4 weeks for a product to be delivered is unacceptable, that is why I quit using your site ... sorry but that amount of time in today’s world is FAILURE!!!

The shipment of the items are very slow and can’t be traced. I still have not received a item that was ordered over two months ago Stay away from this company
