Hi Rae, we’re sorry to hear you feel this way. We do our best to reduce the stress on our customers. In our experience, most customers don't want the hassle of packing the Field Guard, purchasing return shipping, and waiting for us to repair/replace the cord. This is why when you reached out about the cord, we immediately offered to send you extra replacement cords free of charge and shipped them the same day. The Field Guard itself was undamaged, so a quick cord replacement (as shown in the video we sent) would have restored it to full use within minutes. After you expressed frustration about going through the trouble of putting back the cord yourself, we also offered to have you send the hood back to us so we could re-thread the cord for you at no cost. You expressed urgency, so our goal was to provide the fastest solution so your dog could keep using the Field Guard without waiting for a full return process. We stand behind our products and always aim to resolve issues promptly and fairly for our customers. You should be receiving the cord shortly, but if you'd prefer to send us the Field Guard, we are happy to replace the cord.

Hello Teresa, We apologize for this inconvenience, but you are located in UK and we ship our product from United States (CA). Using First Class Mail International® generally takes between 7–21 days to arrive, although the USPS does not guarantee delivery dates or times. Mail may travel to its destination by ground, air, or a combination of both. You placed your order on January 19th which is within expected timeframe. Looking at your Order’s Tracking History (the Tracking Number was sent to you by email - please let us know if you would like us to resend it to you), it seems that your package is already in UK and has been cleared through customs. Most likely you will receive your package by the end of this week. If your package is not going to be delivered after 21 days, please let us know. Best Regards, The OutFox Family

Hi Margaret, we apologize that you had to go through this ordeal. We have never had this feedback before and are disappointed our product couldn't provide the protection you were seeking. Without knowing what may have caused this issue, we just want to point out (largely to prevent possible issues with others in the future) that properly fitted, there will be a 2-3’’ (or 1.5-2’’ for smaller sizes) space between the tip of the dog’s nose and the front end of the Field Guard. This space is built into each size. Margaret, again, we are happy to know the Field Guard works well for your other dog, but we sincerely hope a speedy recovery for your pup.

Hi Anjali, thank you for your feedback. We are sorry you are disappointed with the Field Guard. We try to make it clear in our Care and Warnings section on our website (https://outfoxfordogs.com/pages/use-care-warnings-and-disclaimer) that our Field Guard is not indestructible and is not chew-proof. I believe you have already reached out to us at [email protected] so hopefully we can address your disappointment via email.
