As a first time buyer
As a first time buyer, my recent purchase of “Tungsten Marmot 1p tent” from Outdoorplay (they offered the best deal on that particular item) was indeed a “very satisfying” experience. Like any first time buyer, I had some qualms, but they “hit all the high notes” for customer satisfaction, from the preorder user interface experience, and the professional, seamless, and efficient manner of processing the purchased item, including prompt email confirmation, follow ups and shipment updates - until the package delivered to my place sooner than I had expected! Definitely returning for future purchases and would recommend them to others. Thank You! Team Outdoors. Sincerely, T
