OutdoorplayReviews of outdoorplay.com

Don't buy from this company if you are outside of the States!!!! When you return the item (which you will end up doing because their products are NOT at all like what their website shows) you are on the hook for the shipping costs! It cost me $30 CDN to ship it back so I was out-of-pocket and had nothing to show for this expenditure! I bought a woman's life jacket for $100 USD and it was so thick that I couldn't reach to get the zipper up plus the zipper was tucked inward which was hard to reach anyway. It was way too short - just below my belly button - and I'm a small woman. It wasn't at all like what the picture showed on their website.

Quick service. As advertised.

The price was competitive for the bike rack i purchased. The communication and delivery were great. I had a damaged box and a damaged part. They immediately corrected it without any argument. Really satisfied!

I really love the way Outdoorplay treats their customers and their reward program is awesome!

The only place I found that had Hypalon raft repair glue available

I ordered a Malone Ecolight Sport Trailer from OutdoorPlay through Amazon. I discovered I was missing a parts bag. I called OutdoorPlay and they did a superb job in getting the missing parts bag. They were professional, courteous and outstanding in their service! They reached out to Malone and I received the missing parts bag within 1 week! They have a loyal customer now! Thank you!

Fast shipping, accurate descriptions. Fair pricing!

Big and sturdy. We love it!
