Terrible service and product stay away

Signed up for a 10% discount, just so happens don't get the code till u place the order. An the free 2 day shipping is a joke , my order has been in Memphis tn for 4 days . Was my first an last order .

The collar I received does not work - no tech support - they want to charge me for a warranty repair - why don't they verify that the products are working correctly before send to the customer... now I am without my needed products and can't use them and I am trying to figure out how to get this resolved...

Purchased a Astro 430 in two dog collars march 17, when I receive them I realized one of the colors was very large and one was a mini so I called them back to turn the large one in for a mini, the lady was very pleasant and said OK I’ll have them call you back that was a week ago, so I called again a few days later and said I just want to make sure that they got my message yes they’ll call you back well it’s been six days now and I have not yet received an email or been contacted by outdoor dog supplyThe reason I went to them instead of going directly to Amazon because I heard they were great on customer service so I want to go directly to them, so far it has not worked for me that way

I actually loved my product.. however within a couple of short months.. one of the rivets on the name plate came loose. Although I have emailed to ask for assistance, I have received no response. Great product.. on slight mfg flaw - ONE HUGE customer service flaw.

The collar is for large dog not for small dog.
