Once we learned you had driven about 45 minutes, our team immediately offered a mail-in exchange so you wouldn't have to make another trip to our store. Because this item contains a rechargeable lithium battery, federal hazardous materials shipping regulations prevent us from providing a prepaid return label. However, if you mail the collar back and include a copy of your shipping receipt, we'll reimburse your return postage when we process your warranty. They offer durability while being much softer and more flexible for added comfort. We'd also be happy to exchange your collar and place the brass name plate in your preferred location.
