UPDATED: The company finally contacted me and provided me with a refund. I wish it had happened sooner, but I'm thankful they finally resolved the issue. I made a purchase in August and have been waiting for my delivery. According to their website, it hasn't even been shipped. I have attempted multiple times to email them with ZERO response. I have been blocked from their facebook after attempting to contact them. I have officially filed a complaint with the BBB due to their non-response. It's a scam. I hope they enjoy my money.
