After not receiving my first order I messaged Our Pet card. They messaged straight back and sent another order. This order came within 10 days. Thank you.

I ordered 2 items from them in December. It is now 6 weeks later and I have not received my items. I contacted them mid January and was told the items would be shipped the next day and to give it 6 business days. They hadn't even shipped the items. 6 business days have now come and gone and no items have been sent. When I contacted them about wanting a tracking number and/or a refund I was told to wait 1 more day which is Saturday and still have no items. Their time is up.

Do not order from this company, they will steal your money. I ordered two of the Pet Care Gift Boxes on 11/21/2023. It is not 1/25/2024 and I still not have received my order. I have contacted the company using the email address on their website three times (1/3, 1/19, and again today) and have no received a response.

The cards are nice and the money helps animals. Shipping was slow

I ordered three cards in Nov. I had not received them after the time they said it could take. I sent an email and was told they would resend them that day. I will say, i was doubtful, but received them today. They are very nice cards, they are sturdy and well made. I'm glad I ordered them. And also that I ordered for a couple friends that have pets. I hope i never need them in case of an emergency, but have them if needed!

Great key fob to have on your keys if you have pets! I now have peace of mind knowing if I’m in an accident, someone will hopefully look through my wallet and see the emergency card and contact number to call for my pet.

I received my Pet Card keychain tags and wallet cards in the mail today. I got three of them and it’s really nice to know that we will have the Pet Card keychain on our keys, and the card in the wallet in case anything would happen. I’m assured that my dog would be OK. This is a great place to get the Pet Card keychains and wallet cards at. The shipping was fast.
