Called to get some pricing and an ETA for delivery for a few items, the lady I talked to I think her name was Danielle was pleasant and helpful on the phone. She said she would call and get and ETA shipping prices however she never called me back. I called back and left a message two messages with no response. I was never able to place the order. Pros: Neat and original items, sales girl was knowledgeable Cons: Shipping pricing not available right way, No follow through from customer service, phone calls not returned.

love their stuff and the concept but never received an answer back from repeated inquiries about a availability of a particular item. It was two years ago so perhaps things have changed.

I ordered pillows and the fulfillment was as expected. The pillows arrived and one had what appeared to be water stains on the back side. I emailed the company to explain the situation but never heard back. Very odd and certainly disappointing not to hear back.
