Came defective the mechanism did not work. It was recommended by a PA. This was for the ROM elbow brace. Customer service is not responsive

The back brace was missing the shoulder straps rendering the product useless. I tried contacting the company who asked to see a picture. I sent the picture January 9th and still have not heard back!

The website went down and I was unabke to get any response from the team after reaching out. It is quite disappointing that they sent the wrong product and didn't offer support for that.
