Came defective the mechanism did not work. It was recommended by a PA. This was for the ROM elbow brace. Customer service is not responsive

I have bought several Orthomen knee braces. They are well made and the customer service was excellent.

The back brace was missing the shoulder straps rendering the product useless. I tried contacting the company who asked to see a picture. I sent the picture January 9th and still have not heard back!

High quality hospital grade transfer chair

Reasonably priced, but can not be adjusted for anything beyond a 90 degree angle. Could be fixed with a shorter strap or a longer bit of velcro.

The ordering process was quick and easy. The unloader brace is a well made unit that can take a beating.

Fair price, timely delivery, good fit, and functions well.

The device does help offload the knee. The straps are cumbersome and are not easy to make the perfect fit. But thankful to get help with a advanced DJD condition
