I have been using Orphic products for at least 3 years. As we age our bodies seem to change (usually not for the better) so we must find ways to assist our health. I am a diabetic so I need carb management. I love my carbs! We cannot afford to purchase or ingest useless products. I trust in the Orphic items I purchase and take. ; ) Note: 4 stars is a high rating for me to give. (One must always leave room for improvement!)

My most recent order is very dry and harder then usual gummies. Could they be stale? How old is the lot number. Cheryl

Hey Cheryl! Thank you so much for bringing this matter to our attention. As a valued customer, this is totally not what we want you to experience. We would like to apologize as the gummies you received shouldn't be in this condition. We have sent you an email regarding the issue and have processed a replacement bottle right away. Rest assured this issue will be investigated to prevent the same from happening again in the future. Thank you so much and we look forward to hearing from you soon.
