I've made several orders now. The processing time is excellent, and the quality is top notch. I had a recent order that had a broken bottle of bac water when it arrived. The founder of the company answered my email in no time and made the issue right, as well as asking details to help insure that this problem wouldn't happen to anyone else. Truly outstanding customer service in a world where that is sorely lacking. My highest recommendation.

The only problem I have is that it keeps running out of stock. So far, it’s been a great experience with orders shipping and communicating when they’ll arrive.

Their research peptides are top-quality, trustworthy, and incredibly pure. Everything I've received has been reliable, and their customer support is amazing—friendly, patient, and always willing to help. I've already recommended them to tons of my friends because I've had such a great experience. This is definitely where I'll be purchasing my research peptides for the foreseeable future. I give them a 10/10! If they ever start selling glutathione, I'd have to rate them 15/10!

First purchase . Process was super easy and shipping fast . The only negative I would say is after shipping around and doing some more research this place seems to be much more expensive than the other places even the highly rated legit ones ! Also was out of stock of a lot of doses

Thank you for your review and for choosing OROS Research for your first order. We’re glad to hear you found the ordering process easy and that your shipment arrived quickly. We also appreciate your feedback regarding pricing. While some of our products may be priced higher than other suppliers, we believe it’s important to compare what’s included beyond the price tag. Our products are genuinely formulated in the United States using APIs sourced from registered suppliers, and undergo one of the industry’s most comprehensive third-party testing programs. In addition to identity, purity, and net content testing, we also perform heavy metals analysis, multi-vial content uniformity testing, microbial testing, endotoxin testing, and, most recently, residual solvent analysis. These additional quality assurance measures come with real costs, but they’re an investment we make to provide researchers with greater confidence and transparency. That said, we work hard to keep our pricing as competitive as possible while maintaining these quality standards. We also regularly offer promotions, automatic volume discounts, and bulk pricing to help provide additional value. Regarding inventory, we are working hard to keep pace with the strong demand we’ve experienced in recent months. We’ve significantly increased production capacity, and our goal is to keep all core products consistently in stock moving forward. We appreciate your patience and understanding, as each batch is manufactured to order and undergoes comprehensive third-party quality testing before being released for sale. As a result, the full manufacturing and testing process can take approximately 3–4 weeks, but we believe the additional time is well worth it to ensure every batch meets our quality standards. Thank you again for your feedback and for giving OROS Research the opportunity to earn your business. We hope to continue supporting your research in the future.

Before ordering , I needed to know if this was a legit company so I called the number that was listed on their website and a real person answered the phone. Zack was very helpful and answered all of my questions. Their website is very easy to navigate. Once my order was placed, they provided a tracking number and it arrived within 2 days. I have used these products the last few weeks with no issues at all. I am feeling positive with this company.
