The PROs and CONs (UPDATED)

I recently reveived my order and my commemts: PROs + great customer service + free shipping at $150 where many others are $250 and beyond + 20% discount after $250 makes them competitive with others CONs - scanning the product QR code does not take you to the products COA. It takes you to the list of COAs. - the vial label does not include the batch number so other than the cap color matching there is no tie between the product and COA. This alone is a concern. Update: Thank you to the OROS team for such a quick response, full transparency, and a clear path forward! It is great to see that batch numbers are being rolled out on the new labels starting with the October 2026 batches, and I appreciate the explanation on how to match current lots using order dates and the online COA search tool. I am updating my review to highlight this excellent customer support and responsiveness.

Response from OROS Research· Oct 23, 2026

Thank you for taking the time to share such thoughtful feedback. We truly appreciate your business and your kind words about our customer service, shipping, and pricing. We absolutely understand your concerns regarding batch traceability, and we’re actively making improvements in this area. Beginning with our October 2026 batches, we’re rolling out updated vial labels that include lot numbers, providing a direct link between each product and its corresponding Certificate of Analysis (COA). In the meantime, all of our COA entries include the purchase start and end date ranges associated with each lot, allowing customers to verify which batch they received based on their order date. Additionally, our online COA library allows you to search by order number to automatically display all applicable COAs associated with your purchase and the lots received. Transparency, independent testing, and product traceability are extremely important to us, and we’re continuously investing in improvements to make verification as straightforward as possible for our research clients. Thank you again for your honest feedback and for giving OROS Research an opportunity to earn your trust. We genuinely value suggestions like yours, as they help us continue improving.
