Dear William, Thank you for taking the time to share your experience, and I am very sorry for the frustration this has caused you. A return process that ends in a credit card dispute is not the outcome we ever want for a customer, and I understand why you feel let down. I would genuinely like the chance to look into your case personally — to review what happened with the returns request, what went wrong with the device, and to make sure nothing similar happens again. If you would be open to it, please email me directly at [email protected] with the order details and I will handle it from there. Again, I am sorry the experience fell so short. Your feedback is taken seriously and will be passed on internally. Kind regards, Glenda

Dear Linda, Thank you so much for your 5-star review and kind words about our service and delivery. It is wonderful to hear that you are already noticing a difference, even after a short time. EMS works cumulatively, so for the fullest benefits we recommend consistent twice-daily use over the next 2–3 weeks — many customers find the improvements continue to build the longer they stay with it. If you ever have questions or need a hand along the way, please feel free to reach out at [email protected] — we are always happy to help. Kind regards, Glenda

Dear Mary, Thank you so much for your 5-star review and for taking the time to share your first impressions with us. It is completely normal to need a little time to get used to the EMS sensation — the gentle electrical impulses stimulate your muscles and encourage healthy circulation, and most customers find it becomes more comfortable with each session. For the best results, we recommend using your device consistently twice a day, as the full benefits typically build cumulatively over the first 2–3 weeks of use. We would love to hear your update once you have had more time with it. If any questions come up along the way, please do not hesitate to reach out to us at [email protected] — we are always happy to help. Wishing you the very best on your journey with Ornexis. Kind regards, Glenda

Dear Hal, Thank you for taking the time to share your experience, and please accept our sincere apologies for the frustration this has caused you. We are very sorry that the product did not work as expected and that the return process left you feeling let down. We understand how concerning the return logistics and refund options have felt from your side, and we would like the chance to look at your case personally and find a fair resolution for you directly — rather than leaving things to play out over a public exchange. Our team can review your order, the device issue, and the return options together with you. Could you please email us at [email protected] with your order number and a brief note referencing this review? We will pick it up personally and make sure you are looked after properly. Kind regards, Glenda

Dear Lee, Thank you for taking the time to share your experience, and I am truly sorry that the device has not worked as expected and that the return process has caused such frustration. That is not the standard of service we want any customer to have. You should not need to film a video to prove a fault, and the fact that the return form is blocking you from submitting it without one is a problem we want to put right. I would like to look into your case personally and arrange a fair resolution for you directly. Please email us at [email protected] with your order reference and a brief note of what you have already tried, and I will make sure your return is handled properly without further hoops. Kind regards, Glenda

Dear Jo, Thank you so much for your lovely 5-star review — it is wonderful to hear that you can already feel the device working and that it is helping you. Please remember that EMS works cumulatively, so with consistent use over the next 2–3 weeks you should notice even more benefits in circulation and muscle stimulation. Twice-daily sessions tend to give the best results. If you ever have any questions or need any guidance along the way, please do not hesitate to reach out to us at [email protected]. We are always here to help. Kind regards, Glenda

Dear Ann, Thank you so much for taking the time to share your experience — we are really pleased to hear that your purchase, delivery, and fitting all went smoothly for you. To get the most out of the EMS technology, we always recommend consistent use over the first 2–3 weeks, as the benefit on circulation and any swelling builds cumulatively over that window. Many customers notice the strongest improvements once they have settled into a regular routine. If you ever have any questions or need a little guidance, please do not hesitate to reach out to us at [email protected] — we are always here and happy to help. Kind regards, Glenda

Dear Polkadoodles, I am truly sorry to hear that your experience with the Ornexis foot massager has been so disappointing. Your feedback matters and I understand how frustrating it is to feel a product has not lived up to what was advertised. EMS technology works differently from a traditional TENS unit, and intensity perception can vary considerably from one person to another, but that does not take away from the fact that the device has not delivered what you were hoping for. We never want anyone left feeling let down by a purchase. Please reach out to me directly at [email protected] with your order details, and I will personally look into what we can do to put this right for you. The team genuinely wants the opportunity to resolve this rather than leave you with something you cannot use. Again, I am sorry your experience has been this poor, and thank you for taking the time to share it openly. Kind regards, Glenda
