The gentlemen we worked with was very knowledgeable and nice we were pleased with our experience. Due to the pandemic shipping took a little longer than expected. It would be nice if there was a way to see on the website the value of your purchase.

I just transferred my Blackrock IRA to Orion Metals. I had a difficult time trying to get my funds from State Farm who was the custodian of the account. Your staff did a great job dealing with State Farm as I had tried in vein. Everyone was patient, professional and pleasant. I also appreciate their solid advice. Thanks Orion I really feel I made the best choice for my IRA.

I promised that I shall buy again from Orion via Highly Respectful Mr. Benjamin Novak... I contacted him and the second purchase was as easy and smooth as the first one or even better... Thanks to your help Mr.Novak... When I was contacted by Nandi from customer service to make sure that Inam satisfied, she was a real nice, informative and courteous sweet heart... It seems that Orion are hiring highly qualified employees with friendly attitude, that gives any customer comfort, trust and deep confidence... I traded gold on the markets but had never owned physical precious metals. I did my research and decided to go with Orion. My agent was Jacob, he talked with me several times as I worked through my inhibitions. After several phone conversations I started the process. Getting things set up was a snap. Orion did the work I just had to watch. Once I decided what metals were right for me Jacob put the order in and a week later, I was notified that the order had been filled. When I turned 59 ½ I called Jacob and told him I wanted to take possession of my metals, he helped navigate that process. I received the order and got it in the bank with no issues. I think Orion Metals is a stand up company who I will trust in the future for any needs I may have.
