Blake was very helpful and luckily persistent in dealing with our concerns. Jacob also helped direct us to Best accomplish our goals with our metals and IRA. The employees here are friendly and helpful and when they don't know the answer, they will find out and get back to you. Not sure they are the cheapest but they earn the extra in customer care.

Beau was fantastic! Guided us through the process as a professional should. Answered all our questions and concerns. He followed up with shipping info as well as when we received our purchase. Will recommend them gladly and will be back to purchase again.

the sales guy was wonderful, full of information. The coin arrived in a reasonable amount of time. The only thing bad about the whole process was I wish i had done this when the price of metals was cheaper. ugggg but my eye is ever watchful now. lol

Prompt buying service on site. One of the few companies that had a good assortment of american eagle coin denominations. Perhaps it took a little longer than expected for the purchased coins to be shipped. Overall, very good experience.
