UNHAPPY WITH SERVICE - not only do I think I'm going to receive a rubbish product I got caught with the extened warranty £9.99 which I never notice until paypal had made the payment. Contacted Oribreeeze (Commerce Core UAB) within minutes requested a refund. Initially they ignored my request and within minutes stated the item had been shipped and would offer me an extension to the extended warranty that I don't want. UPDATE - 2 day later after posting this review they repaid the extended warranty.

Under the impression of the scathing references to the product, I cancelled my order while the goods were being dispatched. Customer service responded immediately. The purchase price was refunded without deduction. Fair enough, five stars for customer service.
