My experience with agent Sara was great because she was helpful and patient during a stressful time.

Spoke to a live agent

Liam did great! Very patient and efficient.

Bruce helped me exchange my ticket because of a medical emergency. He was very kind.

Leena was very patient in working with me to evaluate flight options for the change being considered. It was difficult to hear her at times, but sincerely appreciated the patience.

Ariana, Great job

Sara did a nice job all the way around. However, I wanted seats together for my wife and I. I will be disappointed if that Does not happen...

Ariana was wonderfully helpful.
