Efficient ordering and delivery of excellent product

We appreciate your positive feedback and are happy to hear you were pleased with our ordering process, delivery, and product quality.
One tomato (Crimson Cherry) was virtually dead; Crimson Plum was on its last legs (growing tip shrivelled) and the other two were wilting. Following contact with the company two of the plants were replaced. They have survived, but still did not arrive in tip top condition.

We're sorry to hear about the condition of the tomato plants on arrival, and that the replacements also fell short of expectations. While we're pleased the two replacements have survived, it’s disappointing to learn they didn’t arrive in the condition we aim to deliver. We have reached out via email to ensure this is put right- your satisfaction is important to us! Kindest regards, Meg. The Organic Gardening Catalogue.

We're happy to hear that your ordering experience was straightforward and that the seeds arrived in good condition. Thank you for your positive feedback!
Ordered a few things from Organic Catalogue, and we're already members of the Seed Library so was expecting good things. Delivery was OK but a bit disappointed after opening the plant and seeing one dead shoot, and it remaining pretty lack lustre after a little watering. Am hoping it perks up in the next day or so otherwise a bit of a waste of money.

We appreciate you sharing your experience. We're sorry to hear the plant arrived with a dead shoot and hasn't improved. We value your feedback as a Seed Library member and will look into this to ensure our plants meet expectations. Kind regards, Hannah The Organic Gardening Catalogue.
Plants came on time. out of twenty plants three failed but pretty cost effective. I would prefer delivery during the week but understand that most would want at weekend to plant.

We appreciate you taking the time to share your feedback. We're glad the plants arrived on time and were cost-effective. We're sorry to hear that three plants didn't make it. We'll consider weekday delivery options in the future. Kind regards, Hannah The Organic Gardening Catalogue.
Plants arrived quickly. The boxes they were packed in were fairly robust. What has let this company down is using Yodel for delivery. Half the plants were out of the plastic tray in both parcels. Looked like boxes weren’t handled properly by delivery company. Managed to salvage 3/4 of 30 plants. Just hope they grow!
