Missing an item from order When trying to get a replacement item is now unavailable

Ordered organic seeds, got non organic. Then they spam you with emails... I have now unsubscribed 4 times and still getting spam. I knew there was a reason I stopped using them, won't make that mistake again

I buy often from the Organic catalogue, but I have been dissatisfied with the products that I received this year, and I have placed a couple of orders with them. Unfortunately two of the raspberry Autumn Bliss canes haven’t grown and seem to be dead whilst the other one is thriving. The seeds I received were also disappointing. I was disappointed because a lot of them were already a year old, causing the best sown by date to be diminished by a year. The spring onion seeds that I have bought, out of the whole pack only one seed has germinated which is very disappointing.

You sent me an offer of 3 aubergine plant for £1. However the offer was inaccessible and I ended up having to pay £9.99, as part of my order. I subsequently wrote to you asking you address my issue. However I have not heard back.

We have recently removed the growing instructions from many of our parcels in a move to reduce paper use. Comprehensive growing guides can be found on our website and our friendly team are available 7 days a week and are always more than happy to help. Still waiting to take receipt of my order over a week later. Most likely a courier rather than a supplier issue, but a lot longer than the 72 hours stated when purchasing.

Plants took 2 weeks to arrive. On opening, only 17 plants received of an order of 24, 1 plant was hanging on for dear life/destination compost heap. Plants didn't seem of good quality and poorly prepared with dead foliage attached. They look like last seasons runner plants so doubtful they will fruit this year. Despite complaint email being sent upon receipt. It took 3 days for them to get back to me. Further research confirmed my suspicion that this company is part of the same group as Suttons & Thompson & Morgan. The advertised price is plus £6.99 for delivery at check out. Would I buy from them again? NO, because the goods I received were shoddy and not of merchantable quality.

I ordered some bean seeds and some strawberry planys, within a day or so I got a mail telling me the strawberry plants were dispatched and this fulfilled my order. Customer service was non existant, when I queried that my order was fulfilled they didnt really understand what I was asking and told me the strawberries were dispatched.
