The sales service is fantastic , i really appreciate ordering.co. I once had an issue with involved so many emails but this is the most patient and polite and empowering team i have ever come accross, it seems there is no such things as problems as they always provide a solution in a calm manner. Support is very useful in when you are not savvy with technology.
The support is the best i have experienced and very fast and reliable.
The best thing i like about the software is its design and simplicity and customization opportunities. I really do appreciate working with the entire team.

Service is superb
Service is superb. From Installation and Support. Ordering.co is easy to use, from configuring the software you just input "correct" values and the results will be great. It is value for your money. I am finding out that support is so great that you just put in questions and it will be answer in due time. They will walk you through and point out whats the issue. Also their knowledge base is so helpful.
I want my company to grow with ordering.co supporting me from start to finish. Thanks Team!! Special mention to Houston.. Thanks so much Bud. :)

The best customer service
The best customer service, even the founder gets hands on when there is a problem to make sure everything gets fixed, even when the problem is not caused by their company.
I’m happy to have chosen ordering for our six locations restaurants app solution.

Carlos,
Thank you very much for your kind review!
We are very happy that you with us

It is good but some flaws
It is a good template for a food delivery style ordering app but there is little flexibility as well as a lot of hidden costs.

Hello Antonio,
Here is Alonso (Co-founder), How are you today?
This time, I would like to answer to this review personally.
I would like to politely, and friendly disagree with you because I asked you to give us a review. First, our pricing is 100% public, and our comparison tables show the differences between packages, they specify that if you need extra features, you can always (optionally) buy additional features from the marketplace. They also determine what they include and which features are not included. With this I want to explain nothing is hidden and we allowed to cancel, upgrade and downgrade at any time.
We offer full customization services for front-end back and design. We have an API that can be connected to any software out there. With this, I would like to explain that anything that you want is possible.
Also, in your specific case, once you have requested a cancellation, I wrote personally to offer free help to get your wishes done without any extra costs. You rejected the free help, plus, after the cancellation I sent a 50% discount off to your first membership in case, you decide to come back.
I think as a company; we have done all we can to make you happy, we have respected all support times, charges, cancellations and we have gone "the extra mile" with gifts and offerings.
For us, of course, it is always important to put the facts and the transparency of our company out there.
We wish you the best as always and thank you for this five starts review!
Always here to help
Alonso
