We have had this application for a few months now, and, although we haven´t put it into full operation yet, we are very confident that ordering.co will help us to kickstart the right way because its support team is always there to support you, in addition to having a knowledge base where we can see situations that other users have experienced and that can help us to find a quick exit to a particular problem. I had a great experience with ordering.co. I'm working on a startup, but wasn't sure if the ordering.co platform was right for me. It's fairly easy to use, but is probably best if you have a tiny bit of coding experience, or have someone on your team that does. Since I didn't have coding experience, I'm going with another software solution to help with all the customization I'd need (although they do provide this). Ultimately, I asked to cancel my trial of ordering.co and they did not hassle me at all. All i had to do was fill out a 3 question survey and I received a full refund. This company is very transparent around their pricing, let's you try their product, and if you don't like it, they give you no hassle for a refund. It's rare to see the actual owners/co-founders communicating with the customers but I get emails from them and they actually respond in a timely manner. Pros: - Real people and not computer generated bots answering support emails. - The Help section with articles, pictures, and videos is amazing! - Website was up in under 24 hours--12 Hours to be exact and I had orders soon after! - Multiple trusted ways to take payment. - Backend and front end both user and customer friendly! There aren't a lot of cons but I feel that the few their are are quite important. As a company that promotes a web system for on-demand services such as deliveries--more specifically food deliveries--it's disheartening to not be able to reach someone on the weekend. The weekend is the busiest time for a food delivery business and should an issue arise it would not be handled until Monday resulting in quite a lot of lost revenue. Overall I truly feel that the employees and the owners actually care about me as a customer where I have the most basic and inexpensive plan or the top of the top and arm spending millions of dollars with them! It's a wonderful site and I tell all my friends that are thinking of starting their own business about it since you can pretty much customize it anyway you want.

I just signed up with this company for my new business. The entire team is always there for you with each and every step. I was interacting more with Lora and she was super friendly and wonderfully helpful. Alonso, was great aswell. I just started dealing with this company and already I am in love with the team and hope to go a long way with them.... keep up the good work.. well done the entire team:))
