I recently bought the Orbital MW-3000 Pro notebook/laptop for heavy CAD work on both Autodesk Inventor and Fusion 360. I can not be more satisfied with my purchase. The computer screen is crisp, the keyboard is very tactile, and the computer overall is very high quality. The company though, is just fantastic as well, I emailed Danny about 1 month ago asking him for his recommendation for my specific field of work, he responded in 15 mins of me sending it, and he set everything up for me. Please! If you are looking for a great trading/cad computer go to Orbital!!!

I have owned my Orbital computer for over 2 years and every time I've had any questions/concerns of any kind, they have been more than helpful. The customer service and timeliness of response is beyond anything I've ever seen in business. I've recently had an item shipped by Orbital show as delivered by Fedex that never arrived. I contacted Orbital and they immediately contacted Fedex and have gone well out of their way to resolve my problem. They really go out of their way in every way possible. Couldn't be more happy about choosing Orbital!

Although many in the business probably do a fine job, Orbital in my opinion is a standout and if you are needing an exceptional high-grade product they are without question an excellent resource. High-end computers are of course going to be a joy to use, but when problems arise after the sale it's quite comforting not only to have highly competent technical support, but also fast answers as well. Two issues arose with my build which in both cases were dealt with immediately, literally in minutes via email inquiry... Neither incident by the way was due to in-house company error or equipment. Regardless of what's going on, it is obvious quality customer service is a top priority. Highly, highly recommended...

I highly recommend Orbital Computers, everything from the ordering process, delivery and performance exceeded my expectations. About a year after purchase I started having a "Blue Screen" problem, their tech support responded in less than 15 minutes, did a full system analysis and found the issue to be a video driver. The BEST support I have ever experienced .............. great company, product and support ................. thank you

I needed a new computer for cad work. I looked all the named places like Dell, Micro Center, Microsoft Store, Apple, Best Buy and Fry's and they all wanted to sell me a tower with the wrong graphics card and a slow old hard drive. And they all wanted more money than Orbital for a slower computer. I researched the net and that is how I found Orbital. I called and spoke with Danny and he worked out the design with a fast, fast SSD. I paid for my computer and within a week he sent it to me from Washington State. FedEx did a great job on delivery and I set that baby up and "WHAM" it is so fast and quite. It really is the best computer I have ever worked with and I have been doing cad since 1987. You won't go wrong buying from Orbital Computers.

After much research, I decided to upgrade my trading computer and had Orbital build one for me. They could not have been more helpful in answering questions and suggesting what I should have....and it was not an upsell, in fact, they advised I did not need some of the extra bells and whistles that were available. I took it into my office to have my tech guy program it and he was very impressed with the entire package, speed and hardware. I will definitely buy another from them when I need it.

I was looking for a computer for currency trading and I did a ton of research. I finally decided to give Orbital Computers a try. All I can say is AWESOME. Danny has been so help full, knowledgeable and directed me toward a system that completely met my needs. After I had the Computer for a few months I decided I wanted to get into Video Editing. I contacted Danny and he has continued to help me in directing me on what VIDEO cards to get and how to further build my system for the demands of video editing. I am totally impressed by the quick responses I receive and how totally knowledgable he is about what he does. Great company and I Highly recommend them! Thanks Orbital Computers!

I would not think twice about buying any kind of computer from Orbital Computers! As a futures day-trader -- and as a computer-savvy tech. guy -- I needed a tower with power, was quiet, would stay cool and had plenty of room for expansion and that could drive multiple monitors. Though tech. savvy, my area of knowledge was more software than hardware and I was just overwhelmed by the idea of having to build my own machine -- and just thought that too many of the custom-build companies out there were overpriced. Then I found Orbital. I was impressed by their knowledge of hardware! They carefully listened to me and what my needs where -- and put together a fast, quiet and cool machine that did all I wanted and more -- and delivered everything to my doorstep, fully tested and ready to go, for an incredible price! Then during setup, there were a few things I couldn't figure out; so I reached out to Orbital for some tech. support. They made themselves available to me via email and phone and, 1-2-3, they showed me what to do, walking me through changing a few simple Windows settings. It was amazing, me being a computer consultant and tech. guy, to have someone show me a few things I didn't know. All in all, my experience has been only positive. I have been impressed with Orbital's computers, their hardware knowledge, their customer service and their tech. support. Clearly, Danny and company at Orbital know their way around Windows -- and the hardware on which it runs!
