Orant Neon is an international brand boasting local operations and design teams in the US, UK, Australia and Singapore. With more than 30 amazing team members spread across our operational centers, we take great pride in our high-quality products and excellent customer support. Our story begins in Singapore, where entrepreneurs Jake and Jess Munday launched an LED neon sign business. Leveraging their experience in product development and social media marketing, the company created custom LED neon signs for local businesses, weddings, and events. The combination of high-quality signs and the ability to custom-design to customers' specific requirements led to explosive growth. Dainel and Johnny Nguyen, e-commerce industry veterans with over two decades of international experience, saw the potential to help the company expand beyond its initial market. As global orders grew, there was a clear need to increase staff and production capabilities. We have grown our teams in the US, UK and Australia by adding tremendously talented LED neon designers, dedicated support staff and friendy sales people to each office.

Great experience working with Daisy on our custom design. I am with a marketing firm, and we had specific needs in terms of color. The sign matched our specifications perfectly and arrived ahead of schedule. Communication was good and the price was fair.

Total fraud of a company. They offer you a discount and you approve it, then never follow up. They are nothing but a marketing scam. Go elsewhere

★★★★ Review I am extremely happy with my experience. I ordered a custom sign with my company logo, and it exceeded my expectations. The quality, design, and craftsmanship are outstanding. The sign includes LED lights and a remote control, and I also received a beautiful mini desk version as a thoughtful gift, which can be connected directly to a computer. Marie provided excellent customer service—she was professional, responsive, and very efficient throughout the entire process. Delivery was much faster than expected, and everything arrived perfectly packaged with great presentation. The final product is even better than I imagined. Highly recommended.

We love our new sign in our home bar. Great product and was built exactly to our specifications. Now I just need to figure out where else I need another neon sign! Thank you!

We ordered a neon sign for our new business. The company created a beautiful mockup, so we decided to move forward. But when the sign arrived, it looked nothing like what we approved. In the mockup, the letters were bright and fully illuminated. The sign we received has only a faint outline. When we raised this, the sales rep claimed it’s “supposed to reflect light to look brighter”—even though their mockup was shown in a dark room. Why would anyone sell a light that needs other light to look right? The colors are also completely off. Our logo includes a reddish-orange tone, but the sign came in yellow—nowhere near the color we requested. The outer part of our logo is blue, yet the sign we received looks greenish. These are not small differences; they change the entire look of our branding. When we contacted them for help, they told us there was nothing they could do. At this point, it feels like a bait-and-switch: they present a polished, photoshopped mockup and then deliver a cheap plastic sign that doesn’t remotely match it. Total waste of money.
