Opus clips has been revolutionary in making social media actually happen because it takes out so much time and frustration from the lengthy process. While I have come across some glitches, which are understandable, the customer service team has been very helpful and quick to respond.

good tool. making my life easier. there are areas to develop but whenever I write in the chat I talk to real people and they do take into account all the feedback I think it's still developing and they are doing a good job

I love ollie, he answers my queries and so far opusclips is great esp if you dont have time to edit long form vids

I was having any issues with the short clips that I was trying to post to social media through the site. It would run like the AI was going to provide text for the post and hashtags and nothing would show up. I tried multiple times, even restarting. I messaged in the Opus chat, but the issue had resolved itself by the time I was able to articulate it. The support person, Ollie (not sure if that was AI or not), said they would check just to be sure it was resolved and gave me an option for what to do if it happened again. The wait time wasn't long at all.
