I was having trouble getting the Optistick to connect on a Roku TV and Sathya Narayanaswamy Chandramouli was a great help. I'm not tech-savvy but they talked me through every step and was very patient with me. It took several days too because our restaurant would fill up and I wasn't going to stand over people to fix the TV. lol
