OpticTV is literally the best IPTV service that I have ever seen so far. The customer service is quick and reliable and the service is very stable with no buffering as promised. There is a vast amount of content for what I would consider to be a very affordable price. I highly recommend this service.

Thank you again for your trust and support of OpticTV 💙📺
***UPDATE: you cannot watch two TVs in the same household at the same time or it stops working. This is very different from the other IPTV service we have. Considering each device is full price and we have 5 TVs in the house… this would be just as expensive as regular cable (no multi-device discounts available)! For this reason it is unlikely we will renew since we purchased this service specifically to compare to our other IPTV provider who offers multi-device and is only about $20 per year more expensive (and offers more channels). ORIGINAL REVIEW: Not only is it a great product but absolutely the best service you could ever imagine; very much appreciated

I'm new to this IPTv service (1st month) after my Old service was discontinued after 5 years. I'm happy with OpticTV so far other then having to contact them to fix the baseball channels often. Hopefully the fix this soon also the buffering is minimal but i did have to get NordVPN. I will recommend this service for now and hopefully don't have to change my mind later.

Response from OpticTV· Apr 28, 2026
Thank you, Jerry, for your detailed review! 🙏 After reviewing your previous requests in chats between us, it appears that the issue with the baseball/PPV channels was due to the playlist not being reloaded daily on your end. Each time you contacted us, the playlist had not been refreshed in your end, which is required to display newly added or updated events channels that updates everyday. A simple reload in your player would have allowed you to see PPV updated sport channels immediately. and that is what OpticTV team always responded to do when you contact us about it. Please also note that PPV channels are updated daily for all sports, so new events and channels are added regularly daily for all sports. Reloading your playlist ensures you always see the latest available content in our service as all customers do. Regarding the buffering, the issue was coming from your side, specifically your ISP connection. After our team troubleshooted the issue, they recommended using a VPN and assisted you with the setup, the problem was resolved and the service has been running smoothly since. As always, we strongly encourage you to contact us anytime you experience any issue or have questions, we are always here to help and ensure the best possible experience. We truly appreciate your support and your recommendation! 📺
