I cannot recommend this service to others.

I purchased a 1-year YouTube recharge subscription from GoingBus. However, the service stopped before I could even use it for 6 months, despite being sold as a 1-year plan. When the issue first occurred, customer support asked me to wait for a solution, so I waited for about 'three months' as instructed. Instead of resolving the issue, they later told me to 'purchase a new YouTube Family subscription with additional payment', without offering any compensation. I made my purchase and payment directly through GoingBus. I did not sign any contract with a third-party provider. However, they are now claiming that the issue is related to a third-party recharge channel and shifting the responsibility away from their platform. To this day, I have not received restoration of the remaining subscription period or any refund for the unused time. The responses I receive appear to be mostly automated messages rather than real support. Based on my experience: • A “1year subscription” may stop after only a few months • Refund requests are very difficult or denied • Customer support mainly provides automated responses Because of this experience, I cannot recommend this service to others.

Hello, We sincerely apologize for the issue you encountered while using the YouTube subscription service and for the unpleasant experience it may have caused. We fully understand how frustrating it can be when a 1-year subscription you purchased is interrupted before the expected usage period, and when the resolution process takes longer than anticipated. Regarding the early termination of the service and the long waiting time for a resolution that you mentioned, we take this matter very seriously. Due to the recent upgrades to YouTube’s risk control policies, some subscriptions activated through recharge channels may be affected, which can lead to subscriptions ending earlier than expected. We sincerely apologize again for the inconvenience this situation has caused. At the same time, we also understand your dissatisfaction regarding the customer service responses and the processing progress. Your feedback is extremely important to us. We have already updated and optimized our handling procedures and compensation plans in order to provide affected users with a clearer and more reasonable solution, while also continuing to improve our customer service response efficiency. In order to re-verify your order and provide you with the latest resolution, please contact us through the ticket system on the GoingBus website. Our team will prioritize reviewing your order records and follow up according to the updated handling policy. Thank you for sharing your experience with us. Your feedback is very important for helping us continuously improve our service. Once again, we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused and hope to have the opportunity to properly resolve this matter for you. Sincerely, GoingBus Team
