Good costumer service

I made a mistake and I booked twice they immediately answered my email and told me they would refund it.

Great experience! Very easy to use, got my ticket within minutes per email, which was also shown clearly on the airline's website.

Simple and fast service & process, satisfied with the end result. The initially provided PNR wasn’t verifiable with the airline, but the Onward Ticket customer service provided me with an alternative in just over an hour after I informed them about this. That one performed just fine.

They are so good responding to people's questions and doubts! Very transparent and clear. I had a problem with the PNR code which was different than the real one needed to see the booking on the web page, but they gave me the real one really quick.

I needed flight confirmation for a Visa application at short notice. I didn't want to commit to pay for a full ticket in case my Visa application process was delayed and my foreign meetings would be lost. Onward Ticket promptly supplied me with a holding ticket and I was able to submit my application immediately.

Great service and great customer support. I made an error on my first order and they refunded me.
