I booked flight many times with Onward Ticket. Today I got a one stop itinerary for whole day travel instead of direct flight of 1h 15 min. I asked for an other booking but they couldn’t do it any reason. They offer me within minutes to refund me for this time and all communication via were swift. Thanks to Honey for her great service. I would highly recommend Onward Ticket. Customer service support at its best i have ever seen. I had issues with my ticket as i input wrong name which was my fault. Onward guys helped me within 10 minutes and issue was solved.
