Ontraport is a great software. Super fast and helpful support and the support articles are extensive too. Tons of stuff to do in the program too if you want or you can keep it simple. Would definitely recommend this to anyone looking for a CRM/marketing automation/ or all in one

Today I had a phenomenal experience with Ontraport support. I needed support getting started with my membership site. The online chat with the Ontraport team member was AWESOME. Not only was she extremely knowledgeable but she recorded short custom videos for me to answer my questions! Who does that? I told the Ontraport support that getting this done was my birthday gift! I had been stalling to get it done because I thought I would not understand how to do it. But, with Ontraport's user friendly platform and the great support it was easy! EVERY TIME I use the online chat support I receive this level of customer care. Ontraport is more than a tool. It is a member of my team! The customer support is always 5-star!

I was having a puzzler of a problem and the fine folks at Ontraport figured it out, made a video about what was happening and how to fix it. Thank you for customer support that went above and beyond!

Love to hear it! Thanks for sharing your experience with us, Maximillian!
I have only been a part of the Ontraport family for about 2 weeks and I am already in love. The fact that I don't have to understand tech in order to use their platform is huge to me. Their tech team is amazing, friendly, and efficient. I don't see me going anywhere else any time soon!

Welcome to the Ontraport community Janeil! We're happy to hear you've had a smooth onboarding experience and can't wait to see what you accomplish with the app. Thanks for the 5 stars!
I have had an account with OntraPort since 2016 and the number of times I have reached out via Live Chat for help is... well, up there. I continue to be amazed at the quality of help I receive, the kindness and patience I am shown (this tech stuff can challenge me... a lot) and the way my problems are solved. To say "thank you" seems pretty lame. This team of online tech support really does raise the bar for other customer service experiences I have had. I am beyond grateful for this dedicated team of people who are so willing to serve. BIG KUDOS to OntraPort for their online support!

Hi Amy! Thanks for sticking around with us these past few years. We understand that any tech stuff can be challenging which is why our #1 priority has always been to provide the best support we can –– glad to hear you've found it helpful. :) Thanks for this review!
I've been using Ontraport for around two and a half years now and have no major complaints. It is a well-run CRM that has a lot of potential when it comes to customizing the system to fit any unique need. It has a relatively low price as well. What really separates Ontraport from its peers is excellent customer support. I have yet to have a question, no matter how major or minor, go unanswered, and they are very nice people as well.
