Horrible company. There are so many "fine print" things in contract they dont want you to notice till its too late. Ive had nothing but trouble. Anytime anything matience wise happens dont expect help. You may as well buy a house because you will be paying just as much in repairs and hidden fees. My neighbor was looking for a manager for her property and she wouldnt use ON Q Due to all of the issues ive had in the short 2 years of being here . This company has been really sloppy. There are a few nice employees but the standard of living here is not worth it. Go to a nice apartment or something like mark Taylor instead

Always quick and efficient. Luis Esquivel came to do an inspection and was friendly and knowledgeable. He was able to answer my questions with no problems.

After a week of waiting after finding out the company stole money from my rent to pay for unauthorized repairs they are still leaving me in the dark and delaying doing the right thing. If you work with these guys keep an eye on your owner statements as money may go missing. I Even sent emails of all the written proof still silence. Thats bad business especially when its a non emergent repair. This is over 400$

Rental inspections can be tedious but Russell made the whole experience quick and easy! We are so thankful for ease of our recent inspection.

We really appreciate you sharing your experience with us. It means a lot to know our team was able to help and make a positive impression. Thank you for your support. - The On Q Property Management Team
I look at a house being managed by OnQ Property Management in Avondale, Arizona and it was very dirty. There were liquids of some kind running down the walls in every room and the walls had lots of black marks due to Filth. Majority of light switches were broken so bad that electrical shock is possible. Blinds on the windows were also broken and falling down. The blinds were so dirty they needed to be replaced. The flooring was okay except there were no transitional pieces between The laminate and tile so it would be easy to trip and fall. This was a self-guided tour. It does not look like anyone tried to make the place look decent before putting it on the market. My concern is if I rented from them would they even do maintenance? A company that does not allow anyone to review them on Google and it comes across as sketchy.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We are sorry to hear the condition of the home during your tour did not meet expectations. While some homes may still be undergoing turnover preparation during the touring process, concerns involving cleanliness, maintenance items, or safety issues are taken seriously and shared directly with our team for review. We appreciate you bringing these items to our attention and will use the feedback to help improve both the touring experience and property readiness moving forward. - The On Q Property Management Team
