The products are excellent. The service team is very, very well organized and truly wonderful in order to assist and help with orders/ordering and follow-up on orders to ensure everything is in order and correct.

One week later, nobody Reply from Onninest.....A week later, I have received no communication from your company, and no one is responding regarding about my fullrefund of my money or the shipment of the product for return. How much longer do I have to wait? I've been dealing with this issue with you since July 19th, That was the day I made the bad decision to buy a product from you. How much longer do I have to wait, or do I have to start taking legal action against you to get my money back? Oct 16, 2026 We’re sorry to hear how disappointing this experience has been, especially after waiting so long for your order to arrive and finding that the product did not meet your expectations. We understand that you have already contacted our team, made it clear that you want to return the item for a full refund, and are frustrated by the lack of follow-up regarding the return instructions. We apologize for the frustration this situation has caused. We recognize that the partial refund offers did not address your concerns, as your preference has been to return the product rather than keep it. You also deserve timely communication and clear guidance on how to proceed. Since you have already been in contact with our customer care team, we would like to review your previous correspondence and ensure your request receives further attention. We take your concerns seriously and want to provide clarity on the next steps regarding your return and refund request. We appreciate your patience while we work toward addressing this matter. ....

I made an order online, and at checkout it offered a discount on a single order, but did not show up, so I made another order to get the discount, but still not honored, so I ended up with 2 orders, which I did not want, so I call my card company, explained, and called support for Pest Vault, and they made things right, very understanding, effective and fast, Thank You!

I was very happy with how fast they responded back and fixed what needed to be. I accidentally pushed the wrong button and ordered what I didn’t want and they responded back fast and removed it. Very appreciative.

I received an email with what the company thought I ordered — only, there was something additional that I hadn’t ordered. I replied to the email to please fix it and within the hour I received confirmation that it was fixed! On a Saturday no less! GREAT customer service!!
