Avoid. Scam and fake.

I have to say I was worried after placing my order and then looking at the reviews of the company. However my items, two obagi products, arrived within the 15 working days and I believe them to be genuine compared to the same products I've used before. The only reason for 4 stars was due to the pipette for the serum being broken

The antioxidant serum I ordered had a clean, refined texture that genuinely felt fresh on my skin. You sense authenticity in the formulation. Support was quick to walk me through application tips. The order arrived securely wrapped and surprisingly fast. A delightful buy all around.

I saw the reviews after I had ordered so I was worried. But my stuff arrived after about 12 days I ordered the obaji products, I checked with chat gtp to make sure they were legit items and not fakes, I’m pleased with my products. packaging was correct and all sealed. They did email with a tracker number but it didn’t work and I tried to contact them but I wasn’t able to but apart from that all was well.

I regret nor reading the reviews before placing an order with this company. My order was placed on Feb 26th 2026 until today April 27th I am still waiting. Tge tracking number does not work any longer. I have escalated the claim with paypal. £198 out of pocket.

Ordered from this site before reading the reviews! After ordering I looked on the reviews and quickly saw that this company was not to be trusted so I emailed probably within 5 minutes of ordering to ask them to cancel which they ignored and sent an email the next day to say it had been dispatched! I did receive the items in a timely manner and everything was as I ordered, however, this is not Obagi products, they are all fake. The packaging is completely different and the content isn’t the same! I have since emailed numerous times and they do not reply. Avoid!
