Great service, item delivered on time and perfect. We talked to the team, they guided us through the decision and shipping options (bulky grill purchase). It came perfectly, delivered to our doorstep.

I ordered a Weber Bbq for my husband for our anniversary from Only New. They delivered and assembled all the parts and connected my gas line to the grill. Grill arrived quickly just in time for our Memorial Day family get together. My husband loves it!

Placed large order online. They called to verify it was us. Kept us informed on ship date, carrier, what to expect. Did follow up to see if we liked our product or had any problem with delivery. Great customer support. Will shop here again!
