Great products and a great alternative to larger kosher candy enterprises who do not care too much about their customers.

The web site was easy to navigate, and the information was clear. (I was looking for something for someone who requires that dairy be halav Yisroel, and it was easy to tell that the items met that criterion.) The ordering process was generally easy. Once the order went through, it was promptly processed. It arrived soon after, and the items were exactly right. The only issue I had was that several times, when I tried to submit the order and pay, I received an error. It turned out that a piece of information in the form was missing or not recognized by the web form. After several attempts, I was able to place the order. I never received an e-mail confirmation, though, which would have been helpful.

The product was delivered within a timely manner and was relatively inexpensive. I had originally had the product through another company and I will say that site seemed to have a better bar, possibly due to freshness. Still an excellent product that I would recommend.

The candy is fresh and delicious! I would have given 5 stars but once paid, I never received any sort of confirmation, tracking, no acknowledgement whatsoever and I was unable to log in because if an error message saying the site was unavailable. Just as I intended to notify my credit card company. The box showed up.

Sent package of candy to my son in Colorado. He lived it. Thank you so much.

The customer service people are very helpful. The boxes come on time and packaged very carefully. My only complaint is shipping is very expensive.

Great products; no complaints except that the shipping is a bit costly. But they carry a lot of hard-to-find items.
