The cherries all melted bye time I received the order. Very disappointed

Okay the candy was delicious but I live in Canada so despite paying $25.40 for fed ex ground delivery, I was later hit with a $35 customs and duty invoice from Fed Ex. I regularly order candy from nuts.com and not only is their shipping free but I have also never gotten a customs invoice from them.

I received my order around a week or so ago. I really enjoyed my candy, but then I noticed the word “sinful” as one of the several adjectives near the top of all the packaging. As someone who purchased from you site instead of any store due to religious convictions, the word “sinful” made me decide to throw away my candy, as sin is not something to be taken lightly or joke about. I know your company had no intentions of this word being offensive to anyone. But, given the seriousness of sin and the way that God hates sin, it would be highly appreciated if you would remove that word from your packaging. I would love to buy from your company again, but I will not being doing so until I know the word “sinful” is removed from the packaging. Thank you for taking my suggestion into consideration.

Everything was great, but 1 package of marshmallow fluff opened...

Let me start off by saying the shipping was on a timely manner. I ordered 2 units of candy corn packs along with some other stuff. However, they combined two 1lb packs and shipped in one bag. When I contacted them &said I put 2 units in qty section for a reason because I ordered them for different people they said they shipped it in bulk and it was not their fault. !?

I enjoyed the flavor of the gummy bears but wished they had more moisture to them.

The selection was great, and they had several choices for what I needed. And the item was exactly right when it arrived. However. I ordered on a Thursday evening and paid for 2-day priority shipping, and the item arrived the following WEDNESDAY! Since I needed it for Wednesday evening, it was a nail-biter waiting for it to arrive. Even given that it would have shipped on Friday, and accounting for the weekend -- I got 5 day shipping.
