Today is July 28, I placed the order on July 08, but still haven't received my material. We are a professional CNC machine shop, and cannot afford such a delay. This is a genuine review, if you read my review, please think it twice before you place order, thank you.

I've found the selection and organization of inventory very practical to order from. The prices seem to be competitive and shipping is fair.

Dishonest with pricing, invoices items that have not shipped, does not post payments received and withholds orders. Horrible to work with. Not worth dealing with these people.

My most recent order with OnlineMetals is late, and of unknown status. I've callled them, they said it will ship the next day, they said they would update the order status on their website, then... nothing. I've contacted them through their site .... nothing. I have no idea if they will ship anything. My project is sitting waiting for the materials they promised for weeks ago that were paid for weeks ago.
