Terrible experience
Terrible experience, glad I cancelled the order. They don’t provide a contact phone number that works - the number provided rings twice and goes to a generic voicemail. They tried to charge 10% on a cancelled order. Just for cancelling the order. Makes no sense. No listed policy on the site, no details provided. Customer support was super curt and did not provide any kind of cancellation phone number etc.

Hello Tom, We sincerely apologize for the confusion, our cancellation policy is listed on the footer of our website under refund policy. Here is the link below: https://onlineliquor.com/policies/refund-policy The cancellation fee goes toward our credit card merchant fees for processing and refunding a transaction.
