Dear Sherif, We're very sorry about this experience. It looks like you tried to reach us outside our working hours, which is why you didn't get an answer in time. We've since contacted you by email to let you know your order has been refunded. We're also sorry for the delay with your order. We're currently changing warehouses, and that's why we couldn't ship on time. We really appreciate your patience and hope to have the chance to make it right in the future. Best regards, Onkron Team.
