One carton of several of flooring planks had some edge damage. We will use for planks that will need to be ripped for perimeter planks.

Great customer service! The transition strips from my order got lost in shipping but Mark was extremely helpful in getting them reordered and sent to me.

My first order with OnFlooring consisted only of a few transition pieces. The order was delivered in a timely fashion, very well packaged. However, one track piece was missing. This was a relatively simple order, so failing to verify the shipment contents is just poor quality control, and could cause real disruption at the jobsite, and for that a star was deducted. That said, OnFlooring accepted the error and was very attentive in rectifying the mistake, sending the missing piece to me immediately, which was appreciated.

I have yet to receive the order I placed several weeks ago

Everything was great except for one minor issue regarding the transition strip being put on back order and no one told me. Meaning I had to delay the job which which didn’t go over well with the customer.
