One World Travels USAReviews of oneworldtravels.us

I did a solo trip to London and Paris. What a great experience I had. Joshua, agent, was great. If I had problems during the set up before my payment was completed he was there; while at my destination he was there - helping along the way. I definitely had a great time! September 6-13

I have never traveled abroad and not knowing many aspects of a long trip to another country, Jason was very helpful with all the things I was looking to do in Thailand and structuring my schedule so I would still get some R&R between the many excursions I requested. He’s answered all my questions by text, email, and by phone! Very rare these days! So I can truly say Great Customer Service!! and for all your patience with me:)

I am disputing the $312 charge because the travel agent failed to provide three airport-to-hotel transfers and transportation to one scheduled activity, failed to refund a canceled activity, and failed to reimburse expenses I incurred when the driver failed to pick me up for another activity. Additionally, the agent failed to notify me that my return flight itinerary had changed and did not register my email address or telephone number with the airline, preventing me from managing my reservation. These failures represent a significant breach of the services I paid for.
