Hello Ivan, We've read your review carefully, and we understand why you're frustrated. Being flagged while simply travelling in Europe, then feeling passed between channels without a clear resolution, is a genuinely disheartening experience, and we're sorry it played out that way for you. We do want to correct one thing, because it matters: OneForma has offices across Europe, and European passports and IDs are fully accepted. European locations are never treated as "irregular" or a problem in themselves, and we're sorry if the process left you with that impression. On the account itself, we're limited in what we can say publicly for privacy reasons. We can see this ended with the account being deleted, which unfortunately means it can no longer be reviewed or restored from our side. We're sorry we weren't able to reach a resolution with you before that point — that's not the experience we want anyone to walk away with.
