OneForma is the single worst platform I have encountered in my entire working life. Avoid it.

I built my OneForma profile over years — pouring in countless hours of my time on their endless exams, qualification tests, and actual project work. Years of effort, gone in an instant, because their system decided to deactivate my account for so-called "suspicious activity." No warning. No explanation. No human being willing to look at the case. I did everything a legitimate user could possibly do. I submitted every document imaginable to confirm my identity — IDs, proof of address, whatever they asked for and then some. I explicitly demanded to be contacted by a real person, not an automated response. The system dutifully assured me I would be contacted "as soon as possible." That was over a month ago. Still nothing. Not a single reply from an actual human. Complete, deafening silence. And here is the truly insulting part: while my account sits frozen and I'm locked out of the work I qualified for, OneForma keeps flooding me with dozens of job offers — opportunities I am physically unable to accept because they disabled my access. It's almost comedic in its dysfunction. They want my labor, but they won't lift a finger to fix the mess their own broken system created. This is not a platform. It's a black box that swallows your time, your effort, and your data, and gives you nothing but automated brush-offs in return. There is no meaningful support. There is no accountability. There is no respect for the people who actually do the work. If you are a freelancer considering OneForma: do not waste your time. Invest your energy anywhere else. You will thank yourself later. I only wish someone had warned me before I gave them years of mine. Zero stars. I would give less if the system allowed it.

Thank you for sharing this, and I'm sorry for the frustration and time lost. What you're describing — a frozen account with no human follow-up for over a month, while still receiving offers you can't act on — is not the experience we want anyone to have, and it shouldn't have taken this long. We'd like to look into your case directly. Could you send us the email address associated with your account (via reply here or direct message) so we can have someone review it personally, rather than through the automated flow? We'll follow up as soon as we have an update. We appreciate you taking the time to lay this out in detail — it helps us understand where the process is failing.
