Marquelle Spellman Was very efficient, quick prompt, and the best customer service

Great customer service. I opened a checking account and credit card account over the phone. The employee who helped me do so, Ella P., went above and beyond to make the process smooth and easy. Ella even mentioned an interest-bearing savings account ("Propel") which pays interest at the current market rate of around 4.5% to 5%. I was very pleased with Ella's service and I look forward to doing business with OneAZ. An added bonus was that the IVR / phone menu wasn't tedious and time-wasting; it allowed me to get through to a human fairly quickly.

Just wanted to give a shout out to Charlene Jurado who assisted us in obtaining an auto loan. She was easy to work with and made the application seamless and was quick to respond to any questions we had to complete the loan process.

Michelle Waters was very helpful with what I called about. While on the phone, she did mention the Propel savings account which would benefit me. At this time, I'm considering it, but need some time to think about it. I hope that she will receive credit if I change over to the Propel savings.

I am so happy with OneAZ Credit Union, and will keep my account no matter where I live. Karen, today was such a great help in figuring out my issue- and it was immediate. Always great help and a kind ear at OneAZ. Highly recommended to all.

Robert was very efficient and took care of my request easily. I needed to transfer money from my savings account to my son's checking account, and was able to do so by phone with a very helpful One AZ representative.

I recently worked with Eli Andujar to secure a car loan, and the experience was exceptional. The process was quick and seamless, largely due to Eli's efficient communication and expertise. He guided me through each step with clarity and professionalism, making the entire transaction smooth and stress-free. I highly recommend Eli Andujar for anyone in need of financial services.

Karen was quick and very helpful. She also had a sense of humor that helped make a weird situation much better. She fixed my problem in a matter of minutes. It was a great experience to talk to a real person too. Great work!
